SIA "Kargotrans" wants you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase but because of product specifics, since all goods are individual personalized and by making payment, the Customer confirms that the purchase corresponds to his choice: REFUSAL OF THE PURCHASE IS NOT POSSIBLE. With the exception of specific individual cases, which are considered based on requests on Customer Service by email at [email protected]

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

SIA "Kargotrans" wants you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase but because of product specifics,  since all goods are individual personalized:: ALL PRODUCTS IS SOLD ON THE WEBSITE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE, unless the product have manufacturing damages wich compromise the integrity of the product..

All claims for lost, damage or error in shipment must be made through Customer Service by email at  [email protected]  in 5 working days after receiving goods. Our Customer Service will evaluate each situation (lost, damaged or error of product) and inform the buyer about decision in 5 working days by giving case number. In case of confirmation of severe manufacturing damage, SIA "Kargotrans" makes a decision to return the goods.After receiving damaged goods, Quality Control (QC) SIA "Kargotrans" responds in 10 working days, about possible errors made in the manufacturing process. SIA "Kargotrans" keeps rights not to refund or replace goods to buyer if QC does not recognize any manufacturing errors. If a claim from the buyer will is confirmed, Refund will be transferred with the same payment method which was used to purchase goods.
